To make a tool:
Get a small piece of steel (maybe aluminum ?) about 1/16 thick and cut
off a couple inches about 1/4 inch wide. File the 'business end' down to a
rectangle .060 x .230 inch. The business end is going to fit down into the
header. Try it (without a wire) and see where you're going to notch the end
(.125 inch wide) so the business end will fit down around the connector
(where the wire goes.) File it and keep trying it until it will go in the
header and on both sides of the connector ( the notch will be about 1/8 inch
deep.)
You're almost there. Now file a small v-notch along the center of the
.230 dimension of the business end. This is where the wire will lay when
using. To be fancy, put a handle on the other end so you won't cut your
hand when using the tool.
Do a final check without a wire to see that the business end will push a
wire down into the connector, but the business end does not spread the
connector. The connector is designed to cut the insulation and then hold the
(solid) wire tight.
That ought to do it.
Good luck.

sister site to the CCED group, as many of the same members are there, for OT
subjects, that are not allowed on the CCED list.
