Since this is a step-down transformer, output voltage is lower, but
current is higher, than the primary voltage and current. that's why the
wire is heavier.

The green with yellow stripe wire is the center tap. You can use it
for double the current, half the voltage setups, using only 2 diodes.
But, you probably want 34 VDC output, so you should use the
bridge rectifier setup, and not connect the center tap.
If the bridge is marked with two ~ symbols, connect the solid green
wires to them, one each. These terminals may also be marked "AC".

Connect the + and - terminals to the filter caps, and your motor drivers.
