I am wiring up the geckos for my cnc Bridgeport project, and the
instructions say to use a 470uf electrolytic cap. on the power supply
line if the leads are more than 1 ft. long. My leads are about 11"
long, do I need them? will it hurt anything to put them on anyway? I
am using a power supply I bought from Bill Griffin, it is a 72 volt
system and it already has 2 HUGE (pop can size) electrolytics
incorporated with it. Thanks; John
P.S. I know this has been talked about before, but I don't know that
much about electronics and some of the talk was way over my head.
