Hello Garry,
Today I am able to see the pictures.
Wherefor easy if you can complicate your life!!!!
A while ago I had to fix a 3D True-trace copier. What an easy toy
compared to your Hydrapoint. It will be a nice challange to get it to
work well. Any trouble shooting on your machine will be really nasty!
But if trouble comes up I would opt for to throw out all old stuff and
leave only the castings and put servos with ball screws and EMC.
I would love to play with your toy. But you better go the easy way that
turns out to be cheaper on the long hand.
Good luck
Sven Peter
