Vector DXF to Paint Shop Pro Quirk

I was checking out the various suggestions in response to Daniel
Statman's recent thread (converting DXF to JPG) and ran into an
interesting little quirk. Paint Shop Pro insisted on severely
cropping my drawing. Like only getting the middle half. Turns out
that this drawing had a circle for it's outer boundary,
(flywheel).
It seems that PSP scans the DXF looking for the min-max values for X
and Y to size it's window. Apparently, for a circle, it only
finds
the numerical values of the center and the radius. Ran a few samples
and confirmed that this is what it was doing. Drawing a rectangular
border around the drawing makes it come out OK.
