Simple Vector Feed Rate Setting Question

I have been playing with my Vector program more lately and I am having it
generate my G-Codes instead of dumping the data points to Microsoft Excel,
but I am having a problem that the help menus do not seem to cover. How do
I tell the NC part of the program what Feedrate for each G01 move? Is this
something that I have to add manually to the code? What if I want different
feedrates at specific times, do I just have to go in and add these F
commands? Is the feedrate a parameter that is set just once and remains in
effect until changed again? I am using TurboCNC for mill control.

Other than that, the program works amazingly well. I only have to manually
edit the code when the rotary table moves crosses the 0/360 degree spot,
since the program does not realize that these locations are the same. I am
using a rotary axis substitution for the X-axis on the CAD drawing.

Thanks in advance for all of the help,
