sample 4 th axis program

Hi

I just got a Taig cnc mill with 4th axis and I am a newbie. I was hoping
someone has a sample 4th axis program I can use to see how the mill works.
I hope to use it to make rings in wax so a sample program like that would
be a plus. All your help in this would really be appreciated
