The pin outs are as follows:

Sinusoidal micro-current signals
1 = +0 (A+)
2 = -0 (A-)
3 = 5v
4 = 0v
5 = +90 (B+)
6 = -90 (B-)
7 = +RI (Reference signal +)
8 = -RI (Reference signal -)
9 = inner shield
(outer shield on chassis)
