Rather than go to all that work , I would simply drive it from one
side only , T style. Look at Torch Mate's setup. Look at my router
setup at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CAD_CAM_EMC/ under Photos. I
mill 15 lbs density foam cores for wet sub rudders with this drive
sytem. Works great with a plasma torch on it too. Or you could drive a
gantry , under the table , down the center. Follow the KISS rule.
