I'M ooking for a 4 Axis CAM program!!

I'm looking for a cheap CAM program that I could use for milling 4
axis (X,Y,Z plus Rotary Table). I've seen SurCAM and others but they
are about $2000 and thats too much for me.

I'm trying the DeskPROTO DEMO but I cant seem to put in my machine
parameters and set up a 4th Axis rotary table on it. For example,
when I put in a turbine blade it only machine one side. It doesnt
flip it over and machine the other side. The program says it does 4th
axis but how?

Anyways, if anyone could help me out, I thank you for it.
