That is the case, really, DRO packages are nearly the same price as two
scales.
I Bought a mill/drill at an auction that came with 2 Acu-Rite DRO's, and one
20" scale. I'd really like at least another axis, but spending the $250 for
an 8" scale for the other axis is jus a little bit more than I'd care to
spend..
