Which Fanuc Post for EMC and Master5?

I've been playing with SprutCAM, an interesting CAM demo. It looks
pretty cool and is comparitively simple. I've got up to the point of
posting the file and I have 4 choices for Fanuc: 0M, 3000, 6M and
18. Any guess or should I just try all 4?
