Draw 9 export dxf

Has anyone had trouble with exporting to dxf in draw 9 and then
importing into Master5? (ie. missing lines adding lines) if so have
you found a fix? I konw that draw 10 works ok. I am thinking of
upgrading to Draw 10 or 11 but kinda hate to sence 9 does everything
I want except export correctly. But without that it is acutally
useless for me. I am talking speciffically about text taht has been
converted to curves. In draw 10 you are able to select what version
of dxf to save to (ie. R11 R12) but not in draw 9
