They seem to be optical sensors...
What you need to do is find the documentation, either for the board, or
for the components on the board.
And then supply it with power, and attach them to the parallel port.
Without knowing what the components are, and how they are mounted to the
plug, I don't think many of us here can help you.
So if you can read any serial numbers off the sensor, we can help you
more then.
Btw... you should at "www" to the link, as it's a bad gateway otherwise.
