Guys,
The reason I no longer use my homemade flood coolant system is, it
gets pretty sloppy, with lots of coolant everywhere. I did it that way,
because I had no air supply. I finally "bit the bullet", and bought a
compressor, and a Noga magnetic mist coolant system, and it's just great.
You don't have to worry about filtering or the coolant growing mold. I have
a gallon jug of coolant hanging on the side of the mill, a stainless steel
armored suction hose stuck in that, and the magnetic mister stuck to the
side of the mill. A very convenient setup.
