Thank you for the suggestions. I'm sure I'll make use of the
information eventually. The solution, in this case, was as simple as
changing the x-axis rotation from clockwise to counter clockwise.
There is still a slight descrepency in width on both the pocket and
the inlay with respect to the x and y-axis, but it is the same on
both. The inlays fit perfectly into the pockets. I'll look to
backlash compensation to bring the x and y diameters in line.
