L297/L298 bare pc boards

Anyone know of a source for PC boards for a L297/L298 stepper driver?
I prefer one with the Schottky protection diodes on the output. A
would-be-nice would be a place for the resistor and cap from the sense
resistors to
the L297. (What do these do for you by the way?) A second would-be-nice
would be a place to solder in a multiwatt-15 heatsink for the L298.

I'm working on milling my own, but it's a pain trying to do
double-sided, and I've broken both my #75 drill bits.
