Well the HEF4001B IC was only seeing about 3.28 through the voltage
divider R1 and R2. After a little calc. I decided to remove R2.
Voltage went to 4.26 at the ERR/RES pin. So I hooked my remote fault
LED circuit back up. Still looking good voltage wise.

Now to the problem with O2 ,.... well looking closely at this circuit
I can't see any way it can work so I wired my Estop printer port pin
directly to ERR/RES. Now I get 5 volts pullup when the drives are
enabled and 0 volts when faulted.

Now I'm see about 3.56 on IC pin 2 ,... 3.98 volts at ERR/RES

I think the problem I had may have to do with the fact that I'm only
running 3 drives not 4. Not enough source current from ERR/RES.(too
much voltage drop ). Since one drive can pull 4 drives down 2.25 volts
I thought about increasing R1, to widen the gap so to speak too.

I going to upload a few picts of the control box, it's feeder panal
box with a hinged door ( come it all sizes ) from an electrical supply
house.

Wired up relays so EMC can control spindle vac etc , ... now I can
load a part, drink a beer and take a nap ,.. no worries.
