I used a link call babelfish.

is a translator program. It will convert the german to english. I sent
email translated into german to the company and asked if they had a English
version, They did. I bought the English version for ~$100
by wiring the money to their bank. They sent me a uncrippled version in
English in a few days by email.
There was one bug with the software but I emailed them and they corrected
the bug and sent me a new copy.
