RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Dolphin

Dolphin do offer their CAD/CAM software to the CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO group at
a discount. This was announced for North America Dec/01 and we committed
to hold the discount until the appointment of a Master Distributor for
this market, at which time the distributor would have an input on the
continuance
on such a policy.

CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO Hobbyist members based in the US should contact
Mr Bill Griffin at the following address bill@....

For information on how one group member has progressed with
Dolphin software I suggest you visit Eric Mack's site www.ica.com/cnc, I
am sure
Eric will be happy share his experience with you.

I've not had a chance to look at Vectorcam.I'll have to give it a look.
A friend of mine has Dolphin that I've seen a time or 2, and it looks
very user friendly. Though , not very wallet friendly for the hobbiest.

Vector does give a specific CAD_CAM group discount that is for the full
package with exactly the same feature as if you pay the full commercial
price. Contact Fred IMService as he is the distributor for most of the
world except a few countries in Europe.
