I even looked at the infamous "mini-mill" spindle. beefy, but it
weighs almost 40 pounds!!!

ProductID=1663>). And I have NO idea if those bearings are any good.
The nice thing is, it's either R-8 or MT#3 - which means you can use
anything. Something tells me the quality is not very high - - not to
mention, what the heck could hold it up???
