Hi,
Yes, digimatic and 'SPC' are different specs, SPC is
often proprietary and not well defined for the customer.
I used a digital storage scope and examined the outputs
at 1.00" and 0.00" to figure out the generic
SPC format used in the cheaper calipers I've
found on Ebay.

You could use a micro to translate between the
two specs. The files section has info on digimatic
also and some PIC code:
