I believe Fred and Vector would say Click "Rectangle" type "30" tab "8" Enter.
If Vector had a key command for "rectangle" you'd save a "click".

For me, typing the stupid comma in between commands usually ends up a period or a half dozen other wrong keys
I do ok with number keys, and I can find those keys like "tab" on the edges of the board pretty easily !
