FREE CAM ????!!!!!!! (disappointment, really)

Well, I downloaded the VisualMill 3.0Free last night.
What a major let down. Their add makes it sound like you can do
everything except the most advanced machining operations. When in
reality, all you can do is "Horizontal Roughing, Parellel Finishing,
and Profiling". There is no engraving, no pocketing, nothing really 3
axis. And worst of all, it doesn't even import DXF!!!!!

I understand that it is a freebie and all. It is meant solely to
entice someone into purchasing their upgrade (4.0). Be that as it
may, I think they should have put more into it to tease us just a bit
more.
It is obviously a very powerful program (if it had all the options
turned on)
Which brings up another disappointment:
If you go into the Help files, it describes all the things that Basic
is supposed to be able to do. Such as pocketing, circle milling, bolt
patterns, engraving, etc. etc.


END OF RANT.

Sorry about that guys. I just thought that I would let you know
before you all went out and downloaded the program.
If I am wrong in what I say, please, please correct me. I would
rather be wrong and have a good piece of software, than not.
