EMC users,

The EMC FTP site is offline for some reason, as many of you reported. I
checked my inside-the-firewall half and it's there, but the outside half
is gone. No pub, no nothing. I'm looking into this.

The last thing that was put up there was the 31-Jan-2000 distribution.
Will Shackleford emailed out a bug fix for the NaN problem with full
circular moves, which we'll put in a new release.

The FTP site may come alive by itself, but I'll ping the IT people
anyway.
