Sure, they are called tool turrets or something like that. there was a
guy selling some really
nice Baruffaldi 8-position tool turrets on eBay some time ago, starting
at about $4000.
I think he said they listed at $12,000 or so. They had a DC motor
drive, and an indexing pin
to reliably put the tool in the same position every time.

What software do you have? It needs to support automatic tool change,
and at least
tool length compensation from a tool table. The only low-cost software
that I know of
that can support tool changers is EMC, since it is open source.
