No. The Kulaga/Mauch ISA dro card will close the loop with the EMC when
you use smdromod.o but I don't know how available the card it is now.
Others will argue that the ISA bus is not available but they just don't
frequent the right kind of stores or trash bins.<g>

BTW it is probably not a real good idea to think of Mach1 and EMC as
having the same or similar capabilities. This kind of name juxtaposition
may confuse a few newbies. Even the interpreters which started out the
same have taken separate paths.
