Hi:
I know that the list accepts periodic "for sale" messages if they benefit the
cause, so I'll post one of these. I came across a fair number of stepper
motors that I'd like to get rid of. They are as follows:
Oriental Electric, also sold as Vexta (in fact, some are branded as such):
P/N: PH264-02
Mount: NEMA 23
Torque: 40.3 oz/in
Shafts: Single
Full Step: 1.8 degree
Volts: 12V
Current: 0.4A
Website: http://www.simplestep.com/motors/OrientalMotors_nema23.html
Price: $9/ea or $25/3, $31/4 (excluding shipping)
Number Available: About 40 +/-
Condition: Believe these are new, although a very few have shafts shortened

Vexta:
P/N: PXB43-02AA
Mount: unknown (small)
Torque: unknown
Shafts: Single
Full Step: 1.8 degree
Volts: 9.25
Current: 0.25
Website: unknown
Price: $10/10 (excluding shipping)
Number Available: About 40 +/-

Additional Info: These are pretty small motors and are probably only
suitable for tinkering, robotic projects, telescopes, etc.
I also have some 12V versions of the smaller Vexta motors. They have shortened
shafts and are priced identically. I probably have about 15 of them.
Again, I was told that all of the motors are new. A few have shortened shafts
or wires (but still very usable). I will confirm with a buyer prior to
shipping if I only can provide a variation of that described (i.e. a shortened
wiring harness).
Well, that is about it. This is a one time sale. I am not a dealer so once
these are gone I don't expect to get anymore. Oh, one more thing... I'd like
to see the response before lowering any prices, but fundamentally my goal is to
get these out of my house and into the hands of people who will use them. As
such, you are free to make me an offer on them. ;-)
My shipping Zip code is 94087. Figure a little less than a pound per motor
(large motors) and say 3 for a pound on the smaller motors. I will only ship
USPS priority unless you buy a whole lot (sorry, this is a low budget
operation here!).
Thanks,
Alan
