A door-bell button is a "momentary" switch. It CONTACTS only during the
MOMENT it is actually pressed, NOT "stays closed" like a LIGHT-SWITCH turned
on.

The "normally-[something" switches are "Spring-returned", that is, they
"spring back" to their respective "normal" positions when the fat finger
depressing their lever or button is removed. "Normally OPEN" means simply
NOT "ON", normally, and "Normally CLOSED" means simply "normally ON" when
not pressed. The "push-button" your refrigerator-door pushes is a "normally
CLOSED" switch. When you open the door, that can "spring back" to its
"normal" position, so the light goes ON. That is, when PRESSED, this switch
turns OFF the light. OK? Jan R.
