I got a 1 gal sample from Engineered Lubricants for aluminum work, and
it works GREAT!
I tried Tri Cool before, and it caused corrosion, went rancid in 2
weeks, and ate cutting
tools worse than cutting dry. The EL stuff solves ALL these problems,
and will keep in
the sump for 6 months to a year! I use it for flood cooling, but I'm
sure either my stuff will
work, or they have something better. I'm not exactly sure what I'm
using, maybe englube 9
or something. But, tell them the application, and let them suggest the
best mix for it.
I think the concentrate I'm using is $18 a gallon, and you dilute it
about 9:1 with water.

My only connection with them is thanks that they solved my problem!
