Some of us have over 20K in software, my sign software alone clocks in at
$3k alone. Then there's Corel, all the Adobe stuff (including the type
library)
It's downright amazing what you accumulate over the years.(hoping my wife
doesn't
see this post either...)

It may be out of site for you, but is unrealistic for many of the list
members. I think you would be surprised how many members on the list are
using full legal copies that they purchased of programs in that price range.
I for one have Vector with not only the NURBS addon, but also the rotary
which adds about 50% to that price. I also have Rhino and Visual Mill 4.
Then there is DesignCAD and VCarvz. Better stop now as this is a few
thousand $$ worth of software (sure hope my wife doesn't see this post <g>).
I can assure you that I am far from being alone.
