Hi Matthew,
The latest version of Dolphin 3DCAM has the ability to output the
toolpath as Spline data. I have one post processor for doing this,
but have not actually tried it in anger.
I know that controls such as the Siemens 810/840D and the Heidenhain
426 can handle spline toolpath data. I'm sure there are many more
than this though.
I think there are subtle differences in the spline data required by
different CNC controls.
