I think this is a non-problem. If the spray is thick enough to damage a
servo motor, you'd
be near death. many people have had lung irritation, up to the level of
forcing them to
go on disability, from coolant mist. That's why I use flood coolant
rather than mist.

Sealed limit swithces like A-B, Micro-switch, etc. are nearly hermetic.
You can get used
ones cheap at CPI surplus.
