Hi Y,

Welcome to the list!

What would you want in the macro? I'm not familiar with macro
facilities on the "big" machines. Drill cycles are macros, and probably
most of the "home build (written) controllers" have one or more of
them. It's an interesting idea! Doing NURBS may be a bit optimistic,
but perhaps some other marcos would be useful. Do you have a simple
sample? I suppose they could simply be Gcode, and loaded and stored
under a "command" name. Perhaps something like a good pocketing or
surfacing macro, although I've been thinking of building those in for my
own use.
