I read all the comments on this subject, and from my experiece, just use a cheap hhs bits that you can find about anywhere! I route parts for a sign company, when I need to route out small parts I use a single flute 1/8" bits, they work very good! Just use caution on the feed rates, and depth of cut. For an example, cutting 1/8" aluminum, I use 18 imp feed rate, with 2 to 3 depth passes @ around 19K r.p.m. Do not use "soft" aluminum, at least 50/52. And the best part is, the bits are real cheap!
