I just wanted to thank everyone for your help.
I cut the first test parts on a machine a friend and myself
built today. And every thing worked. The machine is a
cnc gantry style router, 30"x20"x10" with a 2hp
router. camtronics power supply, 600oz in servo motors,
geko 340 drives, controlled by EMC. This is my first CNC
experience. I consider this a prototype machine as there are some
Improvements to be made, mainly in packaging.
The software I used was rhino and visual mill free.
without the CAD CAM EDM DRO list I doubt if it
would have happened.
