Another way to do it - make out of several PCs, for example,
1 PC to handle DRO (this is already done by some nice people),
another PC to do a controller - some nice people already created EMC.
Then connect these two PCs with one cable to make them to exchange data in
real time -
you get a cnc controller with a DRO and closed loop.
Later another PC can be added to handle some other real time tasks -
for example to control ATC. I think I'm going to connect DOS driven
DRO together with the Linux EMC and try to make them work together.
Help will be greatly appreciated.
