I use the XL series form McMaster Carr.

search on their stock number 6495k714
then view the catalogue page.

You can get aluminum, or plastic. I usually use small aluminum for
the drive and large plastic with an aluminum hub for the driven. For
some of my stuff, I have used the large plastic and made my own hub
for 1" and over shafts.

Check the photo's section for Daves unit/spinning nut.
