RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] My new DRO design, if anyone is interested

I kinda caught the tail end of this thread. It seems like you're
contemplating a standard platform for CNC usage? Please fill me in on what
you're up to. I will be getting two Bridgeports next week on a barter deal.
One seems like a J-head manual that someone started a CNC retrofit on, but
didn't get far, the other started life as a larger CNC unit, but someone has
disassembled some of the electronics. Figured this was a good place to
start before I do too much damage.

I like it also, looks simple; maybe a little more costly than a thrift
store PC. But smaller & less to go wrong.
