To explain my last reply better, The optional commands you see listed
were exactly that, options, just like you buy option packages on a
vehicle when you buy it from the dealer. If the option wasn't
purchased originaly, you do not have it. They can be purchased after
the original purchase sometimes, but this often involves changing
chips and even boards. EXPENSIVE!
It is unlikely the options could be turned on through parameter
settings although I've heard of this being done after the purchase of
the option. Still expensive.
