Hi John,
Then I'd suggest you get the CAD- only package offered to this list.
About $25, if I recall. Then PRINT OUT the MANUAL, do ALL the exercises
up to the level you want, and you'll be in good shape. Vector's drawing
process is a paradigm shift from the usual grid-based drawing packages,
but after a few basic concepts are grasped, drawing with vectors (which
have direction as well as position and length) works quite well, and is
a direct tie-in to the tool paths you will create.
Also, join the forum, Fred answers a lot of questions there!
