d&m benchtop mill and lathe

has anyone any info or heard of a benchtop mill and lathe made by d&m
I purchased these from a vocational school they came with computers,
software, cad cam , instructional videos and literature. ive had the
mill running and it runs good the lathe needs some work the rpm
screen lights up but spindle doesnt run . im just curious about these
i havent heard of them The mill is a D&M 6 and the lathe just says
D&M they are both blue and seem to be expensive machines built in
1991 or 1993 i believe
