Bridgeport R2E3 startup problem

Hay,
I have a r2e3 I purchased as a basket case. I've had it running in
both manual and cnc. I power it using three phase power made from 2
phase via a home made dynamic phase converter balanced to within 12
volts checking L1-L2, L1-L3, L2-L3. It was starting and runing good
up till a month ago. Now it won't conplete the startup cycle. It
stops with a error light on the console and there it stays..........
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in Advane Paul
