Tracy,
If you have Express Tools there is a "Text explode" command
under the text tab. You must then check to be sure that your text is
created as polylines. This should then transfer.
Express tools are no longer avaliable in 2002 but can be loaded
thru "Migration assitance" if you upgraded from 2000 or 2000i.
If your still having trouble try the cadalog.com forum. These
guys are very helpful with cad translation problems.
