RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] 4th axis and EMC

I believe those files are only for the previous versions of EMC. With
BDI you just put on the proper number of axis and definitions in the
.ini file and TKEMC then comes up with them if you are not using
steppermod.o. I may be wrong, but that is my recollection.
