Hi,
I need your opinions about using standard (but polished) screw with
triangular thread,
for example: 20 mm diameter and 2,5 mm pitch.
What about linearity?

I don't think you need to build a compensating mechanism unless your
using more than one screw. The preload nut is all you need for a single
screw
design but you should check out the page below he has an awesome router with
a great lead compensating cam design.
