Roger,

If you set it up as a "mill",(means use std. XYZ), then you could use
G45-48 to compensate for wear. That's what they're designed for.

However, I dont think Mach1 can use them. So you could set up some
multiple offsets for your one tool (the grinding wheel), and call
them as it wears.

You can use the amperage drawn by the wheel motor to know when to
apply some wear compensation. And there'd be a few ways to go about
it. So when you get t that point, ask with some more details.
