Grizzly Mini mill to CNC

Let me introduce myself. My name is Vincent Ricci (Vinny) middle
school math teacher . I am 63 and going to retire this year. I have been
machining as a hobby for two years. It has been completely enjoyable. I must
admit though it gets tiring cranking the mill by hand. I have been considering
converting my Grizzly to CNC. I understand the concept what CNC is but with
so much information out their. Can anybody help. Have been reading your
group but where to start and how to make decisions. In advance thanks.
