Hi,
is there any possibility or method to magnetize rotor again?

One of the reasons it may be hard to believe that removing a rotor
demagnetizes it is that it's a lot harder to demagnetize a rotor that
is already demagnetized. Alnico will keep a flux density of a few
kGauss for a very long time in free air. If your rotor is already down
that low, you can yank it in and out as many times as you fancy. If
you get a new motor and remove the rotor, you may as well remove it
again. See?
