Gerber to G-Code

Never tried it but a theoretical free but convoluted way is
Use Eagle Power tools to go Gerber -> Eagle
Use outlines.ulp to create outlines of traces.
Then use DXF or HPGL output to then go
DXF -> G-code with Master 5/Mach etc.
Eagle is free for small boards and assumes you have a free DXF/HPGL -> G-code.
